I'm not sure what what you mean by wing based, is that flattish as opposed to normal round bars? If there is a removable 4 screw front plate there are mounts for them. I use K-edge, and Garmin, but my bars are all round cross section. The basic rubber band o'rings should work for flat sections bars, but not out front. Need pictures of what you are trying to do.
