fixed cup and freewheel removal
never had much luck removing fixed cups on bb but was motivated to get this french threaded bb off a vitus to install on a gitane with honeycomb rear drops. used a sugino bb wrench and with some persistence and leather gloves, the fixed cup loosened to my surprise. another challenge was removing a regina FW off a suntour superbe large flange hub with the spokes cut off from the wheel. thanks to RJ the bike guy youtube video for guidance on how its done, i managed to remove the FW without any damage to the hub or FW. FW will be used as a paper weight.
