eBay Purchase... verifying that it is a Tecno

Just purchased a Tommasini Tecno "I think" off eBay from a seller in Italy. Judging from the photo's, it appears to be in great shape frame/paint-wise. Full Dura Ace, etc. The only concern is the lack of the 'Tommasini' and 'Tecno' pantographs on the top of the bottom braket, along with the lack of a second set of water bottle bosses on the seat tube. everything else looks very legit (lug work, pantograph "T's" in all the right places, the unique seat stay, etc. Way back in 2013, post number #36 had a photo of a mystery bike with the nearly the same paint scheme, minus the "Tecno" decal. Could this be an early prototype, a European only frame, etc.? The attached pics are from the eBay add... the bike is on the way. Its a Tommasini and for the purchase price it doesn't
really matter exactly what it is (based on all the rave reviews of pretty much any Tommasini model), but I'd like to know for sure.
