I disagree with your statement about Wisconsin. Even on lonely country roads or middle of nowhere rustic roads, I get people tailgating, intentionally pulling close passes, motorcycles revving their engines on purpose to blow out my eardrums, and large diesel vehicles coal-rolling left and right.
