Rotating cohorts is doctrine for health care staff in a pandemic and it's the right way to handle a situation where people have to be exposed. And yes, to do it right, they will have to test the **** out of them, which they almost certainly won't. Do these kids really have to go back to physical school? Well and as I was told as a young'un while having these issues with school, school is primarily extended child-care to get kids out of parents' hair. And a lot of parents were counting on the spring semester being a temporary one-off and getting back to the routine in the fall, and some have insisted on it.
