Assuming this is a Shimano equipped Ironman, set the shifters to friction and have at it. All of those Shimano components are compatible and work well with 8-9-10 speed setups.
Just picked up a set of rolf prima elan aero, 130mm 10 speed. It was fairly easy to muscle it in but the chain was too thick? Couldnt tell if RD will work until I swap a chain?
