I have been getting zero exercise since the nurse decided to punish me by making my left hand into a thumbed spatula. It had to be done, if the finger was to heal.
I've been intermittent fasting for about a month, with no definite schedule to it. So, this afternoon, getting up for breakfast, a few hours later than I should have, I suffered standing up too fast low blood pressure. And, subsequently couldn't sit up to eat. I have now finished, from the comfort of the hammock, and feel much better. I will begin a daily walking routine to prevent such in the future. And, who knows? Maybe I'll stick to a more regular eating schedule.
