ACA has also been promoting sub-24s for years. I could see a hatchet being useful to split wood. (I’ve never been to a private or public campground where cutting live wood is legal.) Just finished a tour on Sunday. Nine days with lots of nasty hills. Passed on fires a couple of nights because the available wood was thick and dead and downed kindling was wet from earlier rain.
