Ton of wind, then a little burst of rain.
Right lane of Bell road totally flooded westbound 23rd ave to I-17 a few minutes ago.
Total downpour at 91st and Paradise, the road was dry from Union Hills to Beardsley(on 91st). Pouring again as I reached the dog park at 95th and Beardsley, and totally dry at my house.
Strange.
