So, one of the seals was gone. I found an o-ring that fit. I put the fork in upside down and took a picture strictly for size reference. You can see that the o-ring is the right size to replace the seal. That's it, nothing more.
OK. For a second there, I was:
a-hoping this was how you were installing the fork.
b-hoping I could see the YouTube video when that went south.
But I kind of figured it was for reference.
