Perhaps 75 miles to the Northwest I made it out the last 3 days, but it was brutal. By Sunday had nothing to go on and took a cold shower to cool down afterwards. I don't know how those south of us with humidity can cycle in the summer. Luckily looking better this week.
I do a cold shower after
every ride. Unless a particularly hot century. Then I walk into the unheated pool, for the quick cool.
