I have no solid evidence this will help my anemia. I think it was effective a couple months ago where I felt more energetic, but since I was pretty inactive due to the hernia I can’t connect the two with any validity. I know whenever I ask my pcp about it he recommends liver and other food items, and I’ve beat the liver thing to death in the past, so now I’ll try the other food items. And I’m not consuming these in unnatural amounts, the 50 ozs I made yesterday should last me a week - 7 ozs a day. Maybe I should double that to twice a day.

Beef liver is very tasty when prepared properly, ever tried it?
