I tried some intervals yesterday and found I suck at maintaining consistent power. It was also super windy, which made it twice as hard. What was most interesting is intervals.icu showed a drop in overall fitness after a somewhat hard-ish effort. So confused. My knee is killing me today, I need a fit but can't get one because of COVID. I'm 99.999999% certain it's cleat float and placement, but would like a pro to truly dial me in. Everything else feels great.
