I eat maybe 5/year. The localish butcher that had the best ones retired and closed up shop a few years ago. Only know of one other source. It can be hit or miss. The last time I got one it was huge and somewhat tough.
When I toured in Spain the best meal I had was a half a grilled rabbit in onion sauce with roasted potatoes.
