Stronglight is still making cranks, but not my favorite, the 49d. TA has just produced another batch of their pro vis 5, and still produces rings for them.
Velo-Orange still sells a 50.4mm 5-pin crank, and rings and hardware as well.
And
SunXCD sells 50.4mm 5-pin arms, and adapteurs to mount commonly available modern 110mm and 130mm BCD rings.
