To the brewery and back. New 3 min wattage on a kom attempt. Wrong bike and headwinds said no though.

10min at 340w or more according to the Bolt for the workout. I’d guess about 5min over 400.

Pretty wrecked variability index.

Need more VO2 work but overall still pretty happy where I am for January. Especially with a challenging work environment keeping me from my gym bike sessions.

Aerobic runs paying off. Now need to convert to watts on the bike.
