I'm sure it's universal. You can imagine what New Yorkers and New Jerseyans say about each other's driving on roads. I have to say, as someone who has lived in both places, we all earn our bad reputations. New Yorkers often are rude on the roads, and New Jerseyans don't have much regard for people's lives, including their own.
