Almost over the displaced acetabular column fracture and associated dislocated hip from 19 months ago. I stopped doing QUITE enough targeted exercise for the muscles they had to slice to bolt the back of my pelvis back on. Back to one-legged squats and resistance band work to see if I can get the left and right leg closer to balance.
More recently, I ****ered my knee doing a Century in May. It appears to have gone away with rest. I'm calling it 'Spring Knee'.
