Need some info on these vintage Marinonis - GREAT FIND!!

Greetings fellow vintage-steel-bike enthusiasts,

I picked up two Marinonis for a really great price today and I'm looking forward to restore them. I know I should have given them a good clean up before posting pics, but I was too excited to show them to you. No serial numbers to be found, so I need your precious knowledge in order to determine the year, original parts, quality, etc. Please help me out by sharing your impressions.
