If you are at the top trying to get it right is all on you, nobody looking out for your interest and your job is to look out for everyone elses. It aint easy. I've tried to find a balance & it just never happens
If you are the manager, and the operation is profitable, why can't you hire more staff? Six years without a break is not healthy.
