Yes, drinking bleach is not good for you. So don't drink the bleach. Just rinse the bottle with a bleach solution. Rinse a few times.
Bleach is a relatively mild disinfectant and can be used as a water purifier when diluted sufficiently.
If you can't smell or taste the bleach in the bottle you are good to go.
