I am not a hard core commuter - will do only some days of the week because have to drop or pick up child, And not much fan of biking on rain (light rain is ok).
And looking for some short touring when weather is nice out there.
For the bang and mixed comments on Amazon, RockBros seems an ok panniers for what I am looking for.
