I've down the Sacramento Century twice and it's a great event.
Another century idea (did this two years ago) was the Foxy's Fall Century, only I did the metric and rode to & from Discovery Park in Sacramento. There's a full century available option at the event, obviously.
But yeah, the Sac Century is about as flat as a 100 mile ride comes in California.
