I'm not running a bike computer these days, so I'm just going by time rather than distance. Lately I'm doing 2.5 hours (give or take 15 mins) nearly everyday, on a mtn bike with 1.75" road tires, in rural paved hills. This morning, my bathroom scale showed me at my lowest weight yet, in the year I've been on this weight loss campaign (a shade over 190lbs, from a starting weight of 255, late June '17 !!!)
I hit the gym for an hour about every 4th day, and their nicer digital scale shows me about 5 pounds heavier than my bathroom scale, but either way, I'd like to scrape off maybe 10 more pounds, which shouldn't be a problem with 2 months of summer, and our long fall riding season ahead.
