I got a new Kickr Monday. Unfortunately I'm still waiting for my promotions for a free month of Zwift, Sufferfest, Trainerroad, and other apps. In the meantime I did my first of what I assume will be many 2x20s. I targeted sweet spot by exertion letting power be what it was and oh boy was it low. I'm definitely going to have to do a separate ftp test on the trainer to gauge the difference from road. Also, I have a lasko blower on order to help with cooling.
