You know that Shimano NA has several US offices, right? I'm not sure how it is consumer facing, but working at a dealer their technical support staff are actually pretty knowledgeable and competent.

You can find specific replacement part numbers for Shimano components by searching on si.shimano.com and finding the exploded view diagram. For a right ST-6800-R lever, the part number is Y00E98020, which you can found sold online easily, like https://www.nashbar.com/shimano-ulte...e98020/p317228
