Congrats on your weight loss; Yes, the plateaus are extremely frustrating. Honestly I ran into quite a few along the way. I never really dug too deep into it, I'm assuming it could be chalked up to recomp (as in the balancing of burning fat with increased muscle mass)? Seems like as long as you stick to the plan they'll eventually pass after a couple weeks.
