It sounds like you're looking for the "
Mountain Pads". The part number in dual compound is KS-MTCDL. The shape of the curve is not ideal for 622mm ("700c") rims; I asked them about that and they said they're sized for 559mm ("26 inch) rims, and they don't offer any other shape profiles in that particular model line. They offer most models in dual compound, and I imagine any threaded post model will work for you.
