The top arch normally has a hole to which you can bolt reflectors, fenders etc. Likewise, there may be eyelets near the dropouts for mounting the stays of normal fenders. The fender will move with the suspension.
If there isn't a hole in the arch,just use zip ties. And if there aren't any eyelets,get a set of P clamps from the hardware store and just use those.
