Yeah I hate to say it but I am actually preferring this distancing. Enough that I almost get subconsciously offended when people actually come in to the shop. Even friends.
I've been walking the same route with my dog every workday (when telecommuting) for 8 years. Never a soul around, maybe a runner to two. Now its filled with families and individuals walking, and I just hate it for some reason. I shouldn't care, but I do.
