How are you making up the exercise?
Heavy weight lifting and other forms of high-intensity resistance training 3-4 times per week. I have my own weights at home, I've been doing them for a few years, some days I also go outside and do outdoor workouts, cold weather doesn't deter me from doing what I enjoy doing.....Actually I am just about to leave home now and go to a local park and do a bunch of pull-ups, push-ups and few other exercises.
