I'm one of those people that don't look out of shape, but my core has turned into a gelatinous marshmallow. It's all due to a surgical procedure I had in my mid-40s where my muscles were sucked out and the voids were filled with marshmallow paste.

Back to reality, I'm leaning toward getting a different stem as the seat on the Norco is maxed forward.
