I woke up this morning and every place I have had surgery hurt
that happens sometimes. My diet is meat and potatoes and other vegetables. 3 rides this week 100.6 miles will try for a 4th ride today but the 102 forecast temperature might make sit under the water sprinkler with a cold beer or ice tea. I don’t know if my diet is inflammatory or not.
