Road (race geometry) rim brake frames that are wide enough for 28mm tire clearance.

I just bought a set of U shaped carbon rims. with Continental 4000S II 25mm, the tire width when inflated is about 28.5mm. Consequently, the rear wheel does not fit on my SuperSix Evo. With Xmas coming up, I am looking for another frameset.

Anyone with similar experience? What about the Madone or Tarmac; Will it take 28mm width?
