Why the derailleur cage on the return side of the chain? It doesn't appear that you have very wide gearing, so the rear der should take up enough slack by itself. I'm guessing that it's so you can adjust the boom without changing chain length; if so you can remove it and finalize chain length once you have the bike set up for you.
