I’ve only used it as a secondary place to upload my rides in case somehow I lost them from garmin connect, and never was interested in segments/beacon purposes, so didn't make much sense to pay. I’ll probably stop from uploading anything now, so that I’m not a “freeloader” (tongue firmly in cheek)
