1. What type of bikes do 50+ folks ride?

Trek 5900SL 10 Speed Dura Ace
KHS CX100 Cross Bike

2. Do you take any special supplements/vitamins/minerals as you have grown older?

None
3. How much do you feel you have "slowed down" if any?

I have not slowed down much but take longer to recover.

4. How long have you been biking? New, around a while, biked all your life?

Off and on for about 20 years with a 10 year gap 92-02, Then back at it after work, family and illness.

5. What type of biking do you do? Long rides, touring, short rec rides, commute, tour, race?

I do all of the above except commute (I'm retired) and very little racing anymore and really enjoy it.

6. How often do you bike? Your approximate annual mileage?

I ride about 4-5 days per week and hace been riding 5000-6000 miles for the last 3 years.

7. Do you do any other type of physical activities - weight lifting, skiing, running, etc.?

I lift weights and cross train in the winter and ride when I can.
