I'm 50.
1. I ride a 3-speed Breezer Citizen, the most aesthetically pleasing and comfortable city bike ever made.
2. a multivitamin
3. I've slowed down a bit...my ankles "twang" when it rains (which is not bike-related.)
4. On and off, literally, since 1984.
5. I ride to work (five miles one way) and get groceries on the weekends. No big trips.
That's what the Vespa is for!
6. I try to ride 5 times a week, two of these times being work-commutes.
7. I walk the dog. I bought the bicycle specifically because dog-walking doesn't cause weight loss; bicycling does.
