Any ideas on this older repainted frame?
No logos or pantos...sister bought it in a thrift shop in DC area. Dropouts look stamped.



Interested bulbous stays

Straight crown

No markings I can tell

Lovely cut out lugs on the beefy side

Lugwork, and 3TTT stem without bolt.

Plain and somewhat cool cable guides
