Today I diagnosed a dog with an inoperable brain tumor. Also today the owner's husband was diagnosed with a brain tumor. Very bad day for that lady.

I did a big gory emergency spinal surgery in a labrador the day before I left for my conference. Korean guy who I didn't think was understanding what I was explaining even though he kept assuring me he did. The surgery department was looking after the dog in my absence and the resident who discharged the dog told me today that when the owner came to pick up the dog he was asking all kinds of questions about the hip replacement. Doh! Not a hip replacement, not at all.

Tomorrow I have a 2 hour trainer workout. I will be looking at my bike computer at least 75% of the time & using the data as it appears.

PS I'm also going to get some faster wheels. For the Sparrow.

PPS I will put tubeless tires on them.
