@ascherer, how is she feeling now? I'm glad you got out. I don't take many recreational rides, either, but I've been stepping up my commuting, and I'm deeply grateful for the opportunity. And today, Carol and I rode together to rehearsal along the Hudson River Greenway in Manhattan. Beautiful day and scenery, but boy, was it crowded with cyclists and pedestrians. 10 miles round trip. Carol is out of practice, so it was a big trip for her. I'm proud of her. She's so out of practice that mounting and dismounting were a challenge. She mentioned the idea of replacing her bike for one with a lower top tube. She might get by with a little skill rebuilding.
