I'd stay with 10, unless there's a gear at one end or the other of the range that you feel you need. Earlier this year I finally upgraded my bike with 8 speed Dura Ace to 10, because 25 teeth in the back was no longer enough. But I have absolutely no desire to upgrade to 11 or 12, because 30 is enough.
