You absolutely need the tv, I watch the shows I like while I trudge along.
I bought a used gym treadmill, it hadn't been used much.
I just had a friend die from complications diabetes caused. That sort of thing changed how I looked at the cost.

Gout is a type of arthritis that may occur when uric acid crystals, a natural byproduct of your metabolism, have formed in your joints.
Diabetes, on the other hand, develops when your blood sugar levels are high.
I don't have diabetes
my gout flareup was short lived, all better after just a cpl days
I use a treadmil daily & I agree watching videos helps the boredom
