Just assembled a Trek 170 with Super Record, was courius if it would shift 10 cogs. Used a 10 speed chain no problem covering 10 Shimano cogs or 6 Suntour Ultra 42/52 up front with regular Super Record shifters. Shifts great no problems with the chain landing between rings runs smooth and silent.
