Hey, @francophile, just to add to your search, the New Royal Super Light stem was made in black and French-sized. I bought one at a swap that has the cool milling and ultralight Allen bolts. The anodized black has lightened a bit on mine. It fits your criteria at 110mm extension, but I’m not sure I’m ready to give it up.

I'm open to 3TTT and other brands. As long as the general look is roughly in ballpark with the 1A posted in my reply. There are some companies (Pivo, Belleri, etc.) I'm fairly sure didn't make any black anodized stems. I know 3T and Cinelli did, but not sure when it all started.
