Let it soak a lot more and if you are going to use pliers or a wrench to try to twist it out, I would suggest removing the seat and try to insert the top of the post back into the barrel so that you do not ovalize the seat clamp while twisting, making it more difficult to remove the stuck post...the crack most likely occurred because the plug was not in place causing the tube to crack.
Be careful wedging the seat post clamp can crack and above all be patient,
