What’s your question - the lack of holes for nipple access?
That’s getting to be fairly common. Mavic has some like that too. Probably other manufacturers as well.
Flat vs concave bottom of the tube/tire side of the rim profile doesn’t matter much, as long as there is enough difference between the min/max diameter of the rim.
