1. What type of bikes do 50+ folks ride?
I have a lot of bikes - almost all road bikes.
2. Do you take any special supplements/vitamins/minerals as you have grown older?
Nope.
3. How much do you feel you have "slowed down" if any?
I haven't slowed down that much, but then I've never been that fast. Stamina is holding up OK.
4. How long have you been biking? New, around a while, biked all your life?
Rode a lot as a child / teenager / student. Dropped off a lot when work / marriage / home owning kicked in. Gave up smoking about 12 years ago, and replaced it with cycling / collecting bikes.
5. What type of biking do you do? Long rides, touring, short rec rides.
Commute / ride around town every day, regardless of weather. Try to get a decent ride in at weekends as often as I can. Always take a bike on holiday, normally Italy or France.
6. How often do you bike? Your approximate annual mileage?
Every day / no idea.
