Comfort

I started riding again after many years. Two years ago I purchased a Day 6 Samson. It was comfortable and strong. I rode it 1500 miles the first season. I started riding more and longer rides. The cycling and KETO has me down from 392lbs to 339lbs I was riding at 6'5" 392 I transitioned to a long haul trucker this year because I was ready to go upright and gain efficiency. My weight loss has slowed a bit d/t two surgeries. I rode the Surly long haul 650 miles last season. Looking forward to 2019. I have a 2000 mile goal and am getting into kayaking Check out the Day 6. Best of luck with getting active.
