Since the first of the year I have been doing Alternative day fasting and have dropped close to 30 pounds, the fasting part isn't fun but I eat well on feast days, I am never going to be a little Colombian climber but I have stopped carrying the equivalent of about 6, 5 lb bags of flour
Still not going to worry about grams over comfort
